Requirements

9+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field
Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
Proactive and curious
Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work

Responsibilities

Responsible for contract and scope management
Pro-actively monitors project financial health
Leads project delivery life-cycle
Provides technical direction over engineering interns and designers
Responsible for QA/QC of deliverables
Technical knowledge of FAA standards
Extensive knowledge and understanding of the project development process
Develops plans, specifications and reports in accordance with engineering standards and client requirements
CADD (including 3D) and other design tools (FAARFIELD, AVIPLAN)
Excellent verbal, technical writing and presentation skills.
Problem solving and analytical skills
Able to share experience and knowledge with others on the team
