INCATech has an immediate opening for a Transportation Security Screener at the Kansas City International Airport. FULL-TIME positions open with hourly pay increases at 1st through 6th year anniversaries, with paid training. Grow your career within the critical transportation security industry! Requirements

Must be a US Citizen, and 18 years of age, with a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Must possess excellent communication skills with proficiency in the English language; ability to read, write, speak and comprehend.
Ability to operate security equipment at screening checkpoints (including "pat-downs" and bag searches).
Attention to detail, interpersonal skills with established reliable work values.
Ability to successfully complete required Computer Based Training (CBT).
There are 2 full time shifts available work shifts, 03:15am-11:45am and 11:15am-7:45pm, Shifts are determined based on operational needs, with attempts to accommodate shift preference are taken into consideration, preferences cannot be guaranteed.
Ability to retain knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to pass a medical screening that includes hearing/vision screening (20/20 corrected), color test, blood pressure, agility, and standard drug screening.
Ability to obtain a successful background investigation including criminal and credit checks.
Criminal and Credit checks that reveal any of the following will result in ineligibility for this position: Over $7500 of debt referred to Collections, any delinquent federal or state taxes or any past due child support payments, as well as delinquent payments on Federal Student Loans.
Cannot be currently on parole.

Responsibilities

Operating various passenger screening equipment
Communicating and performing searches of passengers as needed
Making effective and quick decisions in both routine and crisis situations while maintaining focus and attention to detail
