About The Position

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Assistant/Support position at Omni-Serv involves providing essential support at Newark Liberty International Airport. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in the monitoring and flow of individuals through security check lane(s) to reduce wait times.
• Adjust passenger traffic as necessary to ensure consistent and smooth flow of traffic.
• Move checked baggage to and from X-ray conveyor systems during the screening process.
• Ensure security checkpoints are properly supplied with bins and organized for smooth passenger traffic flow.
• Provide information and assistance to passengers divesting items into storage bins.
• Develop skills necessary to maintain situational awareness at all times.
• Complete logs, forms, and other paperwork applicable to assigned duties.
• Take appropriate steps to ensure all safety requirements are adhered to and suggest safety improvements.
