About The Position

The Scheduler/Driver is responsible for scheduling Doctor’s appointments and/or the timely and safe transportation of residents to various individual professional appointments. You will maintain a schedule of resident appointments, perform data entry into an MS-based database, manage communications regarding appointments, dispatch to drivers via radio, transport residents to scheduled appointments and back home, initiate safety inspections and checks, and maintain vehicle records including safety, mileage, and transports.

Requirements

• High school education required
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic
• Must maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with residents
• Ability to interpret and follow map directions
• Driver's License (Required)
• Passenger Endorsement (Required)
• CDL A (Required)

Responsibilities
