About The Position
The position involves assuring the proper scheduling and dispatch of delivery associates within the Transportation Department. The role requires routing daily routes in Roadnet, keeping customer maintenance updated in Sales Tools and Roadnet, and maintaining routes, equipment, and drivers in Dispatch Software. Additionally, the position involves handling special requests, building and monitoring weekly driver schedules, providing detailed new customer routing, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and DOT laws.
