About The Position
Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Transportation Project Manager to their Chicago Team! Complete general civil engineering services for municipal, county, and state clients Assist with business development and client management Assist with proposals, contract preparation and teaming arrangements Participate in project interviews
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- 6+ years of roadway and infrastructure design experience using IDOT Standards
- PE License
- Experience completing IDOT Phase I Reports and/or IDOT Phase II bid documents
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Experience using MicroStation/Geopak with an understanding of IDOT workflow preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage engineering plans/specifications production using IDOT Standards
- Complete Federal Aid Phase I and II projects
- Lead team in a variety of project types (roadway, underground utility, drainage, traffic, and infrastructure improvements)
