Requirements

BS in Civil Engineering (or related field)
Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Idaho (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
10+ years of Civil Engineering experience
Project Management Experience
Strong client relationship outreach
Experience writing proposals
Experience designing transportation facilities for State transportation departments & local jurisdictions
Experience with ITD's procedures and requirements
In ACAD Civil 3D, MicroStation OpenRoads, and Geopak design software
