Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional licensure in civil engineering in LA or ability to secure within 6 months
• 10 years of highway/civil design experience

Nice To Haves

• 5 years DOTD project management
• Experience with Bentley MicroStation V8 or AutoCAD required
• Experience with Bentley Open Roads Designer preferred
• Primavera or Microsoft Project experience a plus
• Proven track record of successful project and client development
• Experience leading a team
• Project management experience on a variety of Federal, State, Parish, and City transportation projects and contracts a plus

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple transportation/civil design projects
• Providing daily quality control
• Managing and training junior level engineers
• Assisting with business development
