About The Position

As a Transportation Program Analyst, you will administer day-to-day operations of a workplace transportation program, including general and specialized auto parking, worksite circulation, fleet management, and commuter programming. Embedded at our client's site, you will be part of a team, collaborating to deliver a range of transportation options that connect people and worksites while reducing single occupancy vehicle (SOV) trips and the use of fossil-fuels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, organized, and detail oriented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize among competing demands.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to diverse stakeholders and leadership.
  • 1 year of program management
  • 1 year of budget management
  • 1 year vendor management

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance of assigned programs.
  • Drive performance, changes, and KPIs through management and selection of key vendors.
  • Manage budget of assigned programs; developing forecasts and ensuring expense invoices are accurate and timely.
  • Communicate program functions, changes, and interruptions to employee base through web-based posts, face-to-face interactions, and email.
  • Support events with outreach and education.
  • Data collection and synthesis, leading to program improvements.
  • Plan program changes, as driven by the data, user feedback, and business needs. Create documents to support proposed changes. Present said documents to key stakeholders, including leadership.
  • Solicit employee feedback and implement improvements when applicable.
  • Monitor and manage team communications.
  • Development of new projects and programs, including research, stakeholder consultation, cost-estimation, execution, and performance evaluation.
