About The Position

As a Transportation Program Analyst, you will administer day-to-day operations of a workplace transportation program, including general and specialized auto parking, worksite circulation, fleet management, and commuter programming. Embedded at our client's site, you will be part of a team, collaborating to deliver a range of transportation options that connect people and worksites while reducing single occupancy vehicle (SOV) trips and the use of fossil-fuels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, organized, and detail oriented.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize among competing demands.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to diverse stakeholders and leadership.
1 year of program management
1 year of budget management
1 year vendor management

Responsibilities

Ensure safety and regulatory compliance of assigned programs.
Drive performance, changes, and KPIs through management and selection of key vendors.
Manage budget of assigned programs; developing forecasts and ensuring expense invoices are accurate and timely.
Communicate program functions, changes, and interruptions to employee base through web-based posts, face-to-face interactions, and email.
Support events with outreach and education.
Data collection and synthesis, leading to program improvements.
Plan program changes, as driven by the data, user feedback, and business needs. Create documents to support proposed changes. Present said documents to key stakeholders, including leadership.
Solicit employee feedback and implement improvements when applicable.
Monitor and manage team communications.
Development of new projects and programs, including research, stakeholder consultation, cost-estimation, execution, and performance evaluation.
