Requirements

Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid drivers license
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be willing to work rotating eight- and ten-hour day schedules, including weekends, potentially holidays, and occasional overtime
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
Excellent communication skills
Initiative and effective use of time and resources
Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Patient, pleasant, and service-oriented
Team player willing to assist others during downtime
Respect for confidentiality of personal and sensitive information
Punctuality, professionalism, and a safety mindset

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Experience with SAP
Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Documentation Management: Prepare, process, and distribute daily shipment documentation for all inbound and outbound services, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and other requirements.
Team Collaboration: Work in a team environment, communicating with contractors, tenants, operating areas, and core team members to complete job duties.
Create and process inbound/outbound paperwork for all deliveries.
Coordinate with Logistics to ensure deliveries are met.
Responsible for accurate weight entry for multiple departments, coordination of plant moves, and ensuring all deliveries comply with DOT regulations.
Assign railcars to meet both internal and external customer needs while maximizing the utilization of the Texas Operations (TXO)-based railcar fleet.
Prepare daily switch lists for in-plant railcar movements and outbound shipments.
