Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) – required.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety compliance.
• Experience in dispatching, operations, or transportation management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented, ethical, and driven to exceed performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations and dispatch for drivers.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers while ensuring performance goals are met.
• Overseeing driver scheduling, DOT compliance, and Hours of Service (HOS) audits.
• Partnering with Safety and HR teams to uphold compliance, safety standards, and training initiatives.
• Leading recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for drivers.
• Conducting accident investigations, handling disciplinary actions, and supporting claims processes.
• Driving emergency loads as needed with a valid Class A CDL.
