About The Position

TCS Mobility is looking for a professional and driven Operations Manager to join our team! This role would drive and grow our Columbia, SC Division. Day to Day as an Operations Manager. · Drive and own the scheduling process. · Dispatch. · Manage and develop drivers. - Manage and develop KPIs for all team members · Be able to effectively and professionally communicate with drivers and our customers. · Be able to meet deadlines on a consistent basis. · Ensure the division is in compliance with all contract requirements.

Requirements

• Must have 3-5 years of Management Experience in Transportation of 50 or more employees.
• Must have experience with successfully managing unions.
• Proficient in scheduling.
• Proficient in dispatching.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical.

Nice To Haves

• Trapeze, Ecolane, Routing box experience a plus.
