We are seeking a Transportation Manager to lead and manage the safety, quality, delivery, and cost performances of a ~45-person transportation team, including Dispatching, Routing, Customer Service, CDL, & non-CDL Drivers, servicing the western MA, CT, ~Albany, NY areas at our Middletown, CT Distribution Center. The approximate hours are 3am - 12pm and requires shift flexibility based on operational need. Reporting to the CDC Director, this role encompasses various responsibilities.
