About The Position

The RideWorkZ Manager is responsible for overseeing a crew of Drivers/Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and managing all aspects of ZOOM GROUP's transportation services for adults with intellectual disabilities. This role requires a dedicated professional who can effectively manage regulatory reporting, mileage invoicing, fleet maintenance, driver oversight, training, discipline, and service growth while upholding the organization's Core 4 Values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in transportation management, preferably in paratransit or disability services
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using transportation management software and MS Office suite
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and ADA compliance requirements
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate services
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for potential load/unload tasks
• Capability to assist individuals with mobility challenges when necessary
