This position is responsible for multiple locations accross their assigned portfolio with oversight for all aspects of the operation in shuttle fleet management, as well as overseeing your designated area's teams. The ideal candidate will have previous transportation industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top asset. Progressive management experience with multi-teams front-line employee oversight Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus CDL License with Passenger endorsements a plus Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required. As Transportation Manager, you will: Provide exemplary leadership and development to your teams. Provide support and guidance to supervisors and drivers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational needs. Develop and maintain lasting, mutually productive client relations and attend client meetings. Review management reports and client statements on a consolidated basis to ensure actual financial results meet both corporate and client budgeted expectations. Review performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs, analyze trends, and work with senior managers and/or the corporate office to maximize performance. Work with both the regional teams and corporate to prepare annual budgets to ensure that a proper plan for the generation of revenues, allocation of staff, and operating expenses are established for the fiscal year. Perform other tasks as developed and assigned by company management.
