Job Summary: The Transportation Manager is responsible for overseeing dock door operations supporting both freight and eCommerce fulfillment in a 3PL environment. This role manages carrier performance, ensures efficient inbound and outbound transportation flow, and partners closely with warehouse, fulfillment, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement in service, cost, and execution. The Transportation Manager plays a critical role in maintaining carrier KPIs and merchant satisfaction, optimizing dock utilization, and supporting high-volume, time-sensitive operations.
