About The Position

Our operations summer internship is designed for college juniors pursuing their Bachelor’s degree who desire to build their logistics career portfolio. You will be exposed to multiple Uber Freight services and top-notch customers throughout the 10-week program. What the Candidate Will Do Participants will gain hands-on experience working with operations seeing the day-to-day work such as setting appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, attending regularly scheduled meetings, exposure to leadership, and more. They will also be assigned a special project aligned with company strategic goals and initiatives which they will present recommendations for at the end of the program to a group of executives and senior leaders. The internship will start on 6/1/2026 and will end on 08/07/2026. Following completion of the internship, participants may be considered for a full-time opportunity in our Management Trainee Program (2-year rotational program).

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a Supply Chain related field
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
• Ability to work in one of the following locations: Exton, PA or Rogers, AR
• Housing Assistance or Relocation is not provided
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours) between 6/1/2026 - 08/07/206
