Requirements

• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.
• Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct transportation related activities to optimize resource use, minimize costs and maintain quality standards.
• Participate in developing, maintaining, and executing regulatory compliance procedures.
• Perform administrative or clerical duties in support of the shipment execution process, completing tasks using industry standard procedures.
• Solicit, collect, and organize documentation and data, performing routine data entry into one or more systems.
• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Work with drivers and requests from them.
• Other duties as assigned.
