Transportation Lead Team - Riley - Full Time Days

About The Position

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm Provides direction to staff and perform duties of the area's major work functions. Coordinates scheduling, training, and inventory duties. Develops and maintains the application of hospital personnel policies and ensures effective utilization of human and material resources. Trains staff on appropriate techniques and monitors performance for quality and effectiveness. Coordinates morgue processes. Key Responsibilities: Responsibility-Required Skillset Logistics-Critical thinking and ability to multitask under pressure. Leadership-Emotional intelligence and experience managing diverse teams. Safety-High attention to detail and knowledge of hospital compliance. Communication-Strong verbal skills for de-escalating clinical "friction."

Requirements

Must have: Lead, Charge or Supervisor experience—specifically in roles that require real-time resource allocation.
Direct experience using patient flow and dispatching technology such as Epic (Transport/Grand Central), TeleTracking, or Capacity Management Suite.
Experience working in environments that require high levels of "soft skills" or "de-escalation," such as pediatrics, behavioral health, or high-end hospitality.
Requires 1-3 years of experience.
Requires ability to use teletracking.
Requires experience working in patient transportation.
High School Diploma/GED required.
