Job Summary: As a PM Lead driver it is your responsibility to ensure provision of safe and timely transportation services. Lead drivers will oversee day-to-day operations, our CDL training program, and our Driver Qualification Files (DQFs). They are responsible for leading by example and enforcing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Leads provide training and guidance to staff, address safety issues, and notify more senior management as required. They may also be required to resolve guest issues and concerns and coordinate with dispatch, other departments, and outside agencies as needed. Leads will be able to perform all tasks for which our work group is responsible, including dispatch and driving, as needed.
