We’re looking for a curious and motivated Transportation Analyst Intern to join our Supply Chain team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in logistics, data analysis, and transportation operations while supporting real projects that make an impact. As an Intern at Lennox, you will be a part of a team of innovative and knowledgeable industry professionals. You can expect to participate in impactful, developmental projects designed for your specific area of focus. This is approximately a 10 to 12-week program that will provide you with real work experiences to grow your career and provide exposure to business leaders throughout the company. Successful interns will have the potential opportunity of joining Lennox Full-Time upon graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required for your position.

Requirements

Current student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
Strong Excel skills
Comfortable working with data and solving problems.
Excellent communicator and team player.
Passionate about learning logistics and supply chain.
Strong time management and organization skills
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Entry Level.
Developing professional knowledge in Supply Chain.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
Ability to work independent as well as part of a team
Passion for producing high quality work
Quality management skills
Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems, SAP, Excel systems
Understanding various transportation modes: LTL, Truck Load, Intermodal

Responsibilities

Analyze shipment data and help track costs and performance.
Build reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs.
Support transportation projects like carrier performance and lane optimization.
Learn how a Transportation Management System (TMS) works.
Pitch in on team projects and share your ideas for improvement.
