The Transportation Group Human Resources Intern will assist the group Human Resources team in various tasks and projects in the areas of onboarding, HR analytics, HR Process Audit, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in human resources, possesses excellent organizational skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a remote, team environment. Reports to Group HR Operations and HRIS Leader.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with strategic Group HR projects that may include: Development and rollout of an onboarding recruiting process across the group customized by company based on local company documentation
  • HR Process Audit
  • Process New Hire Audit
  • Conduct a full audit of HR processes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Flag potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare a detailed audit report outlining findings
  • Collaborate with HR teams as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information
  • Lead the end-to-end rollout of the Workday Onboarding module
  • Partner with HR teams to gather requirements
  • Design onboarding workflows aligned with company documentation (provided by local companies)
  • Configure forms, document management, and electronic signatures (where applicable)
  • Develop communication plans for rollout and adoption
  • Monitor implementation milestones and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
  • Track progress on Marmon required tasks that are launched & provide daily status update reporting to Group HR as well as company HR Partners.
