Seasonal Opportunity: May 2026 September 2026 Position Summary The Transportation/Host Driver plays a key role in providing safe, reliable, and friendly transportation services for Rock Creek Cattle Company members, guests, and employees. This position ensures timely airport transfers, on property shuttles, and occasional support for daily club operations. Drivers represent the first and last impression of RCCC and are expected to deliver warm, efficient service that reflects our high hospitality standards.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean and insurable driving record
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certificate. Rock Creek will provide course information
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to safely operate vehicles of varying sizes
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision and making sound decisions
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 60 pounds (luggage and equipment)
  • Prolonged periods of driving and sitting; frequent bending, lifting, and movement
  • Ability to navigate uneven terrain and work both indoors and outdoors
  • Comfortable working in variable Montana weather, including heat, cold, rain, and wind
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Previous professional driving, shuttle, or hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, courteous transportation to and from airports, local destinations, and various property locations
  • Welcome and assist members and guests with luggage handling, vehicle entry/exit, and general inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional service through friendly engagement, professionalism, and strong communication
  • Maintain deep knowledge of ranch activities and offerings to answer questions and provide helpful recommendations
  • Operate RCCC vehicles including Sprinter Vans and SUVs in compliance with all safety regulations
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and fuel levels
  • Report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately to management
  • Follow all traffic laws, transportation procedures, and RCCC driving standards
  • Monitor flight schedules, transportation manifests, and pick up/drop off times for accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Hospitality teams regarding guest movements
  • Support on property transportation needs for special events, activities, and staff movement when required
  • Assist with luggage transport, deliveries, and occasional administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean and professional vehicle environment at all times (interior and exterior)
  • Support other club departments as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences
