  • Assist in the design and permitting of projects that involve drainage analysis, roadway geometrics, traffic engineering, pedestrian mobility, utility design, utility coordination and water quality design.
  • Perform conceptual and detailed design calculations and analyses.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed engineering reports and supporting documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure standard engineering practices and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various reports and design projects.
  • Interface with other engineering disciplines.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute work in a safe, timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner.
  • Aide with relevant codes and industry standards.
  • Familiarity in Microstation Geopack or Open Roads Designer (ORD) is preferred.
  • Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Student enrolled in Bachelor's Degree program in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Familiarity in Auto CAD, Civil 3D preferred.
