Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license is required and must be maintained.

Nice To Haves

• Possession of a land survey or civil engineering degree or license (LS or LSIT).
• Experience with CADD, preferably Bentley MicroStation.
• Experience with land surveying practices and principles.
• Experience performing complex mathematical calculations.
• Experience working with survey and construction plans.
• Experience with Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) including Real Time Kinematic (RTK) and other Static/Real Time Networks.
• Experience adjusting traverses and control networks and level runs.

Responsibilities

• Perform mapping, field, and land survey duties.
• Utilize Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) systems and other computer applications.
• Prepare, revise, and edit property acquisition and release mapping.
• Develop topographic mapping and Digital Terrain Models (DTM).
• Utilize ArcGIS software for Geographic Information System (GIS) applications.
• Operate survey field instruments.
• Perform complex computations for survey control networks.
• Problem solve and recommend effective solutions in a timely manner.
