The consultants will be developing detailed plans for roadways, culverts, bridges, and other types of projects. This position will be responsible for distributing plans to district staff specialists for review, then working with the design consultants to ensure that all comments are incorporated into the plans. Once a low bidder has been awarded, this position will be responsible for answering questions during construction.
