About The Position

The Transportation Driver is responsible for interacting in a courteous and friendly manner with guests, residents, and staff. The driver will assist residents with off-campus transportation.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Experience in a customer service environment
Current, valid and clean driver's license
Minimum 21 years of age
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests and staff
Customer-service and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Provides timely transportation for residents.
Follows all driving rules and laws set forth by local, state and federal agencies and MHKY campus.
Acts as a backup at the concierge desk. Duties may include scheduling transportation services, submitting work order requests, making reservations for events and answering outside calls.
Monitors emergency response system and fire alarm panel during daytime hours.
Other duties as assigned.
