About The Position

We are looking to hire a Bus Driver to join our REMARKABLE team!
The primary purpose of this position is to transport residents to and from appointments and activities in a safe manner to destinations located beyond the premises of the facility. This position is part time.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or comply with State or Local laws regarding the employment of minors.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Driving record that meets facilities vehicle use policy.
• Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation to and from activities/appointments for residents as scheduled.
• Pickup and deliver items as directed to meet the needs of the residents and community.
• Assist each resident on and off the vehicle to ensure personal safety using proper and specified equipment and procedures.
• Responsible for daily inspection and maintenance of the community vehicle.
