About The Position

Ideal Transit Inc. is seeking a full-time Transportation Driver responsible for safely transporting clients with developmental disabilities in the San Gabriel Valley and Harbor City areas. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and compassion, ensuring a supportive environment for clients and their families. The driver will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain transportation logs, and complete client attendance sheets accurately, among other duties.

Requirements

• Class B Commercial Drivers License with Passenger Endorsement.
• Clear background check through the Department of Justice and FBI.
• Current Medical Examination Card.
• Clean driving record / DMV K4.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive clients with developmental disabilities along assigned routes.

• Demonstrate respect, professionalism, and compassion towards clients and staff.
• Participate in training sessions provided by the company, including CPR and First Aid.
