About The Position
The position involves working within the district transportation services department to effectively communicate with the public and address staff needs. The primary responsibility is to direct the movement of buses within the assigned transportation service area, ensuring safe and timely transportation for all students of KISD. This includes safely driving students to and from school according to a schedule set by the Transportation Department and transporting students and staff to district-sanctioned activities. The role requires acting in the best interest of the district, students, and the community at all times.
