About The Position

The Transportation Coordinator at Bill Colwell Ford is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective shuttle and pick-up/delivery services. This role involves driving customers to their destinations while maintaining a safe and punctual service. Additionally, the coordinator will assist with various tasks at the dealership, contributing to a clean and organized environment.

• Driving and/or customer service experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a background check

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate enthusiasm while greeting and assisting all guests in a professional manner
• Transport guests to and from our dealership safely
• Assist guests with boarding and de-boarding the shuttle service
• Inform guests of dealership hours of operation and other relevant services
• Operate all vehicles in a safe and cautious manner while maintaining a punctual route schedule
• Maintain cleanliness of shuttle by checking for and removing all trash and debris from inside the vehicle several times throughout shift; vehicle should be washed on a regular basis
• Willingness to work outside during all weather conditions
• Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dealership lot and keeping it free from clutter
• Move cars from the lot, service shop and showroom, and maintain window pricing as instructed; may also cross train in detail as needed
• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization
• Other duties as assigned
