About The Position

Turn 14 Distribution is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transportation Coordinator to support and optimize our shipping and logistics operations. This onsite role is based out of our Horsham, PA office and plays a key part in ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining strong internal and external partnerships.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related business field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum of two (2) years of traffic or transportation planning experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and workflows
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Experience handling and escalating freight claims strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international ocean and domestic ground shipments, including scheduling and required documentation
  • Ensure timely customs clearance and final delivery of inbound shipments
  • Partner closely with warehouse receiving leadership regarding inbound shipment arrivals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support logistics operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipment statuses and transportation documentation
  • Proactively troubleshoot transportation delays and service disruptions
  • Manage escalated shipping claims and oversee claim appeals through resolution
  • Analyze shipping claim trends and provide insights and feedback to internal teams and external partners
  • Build and maintain day-to-day relationships with transportation carriers
  • Prepare and distribute routine transportation and performance reporting to internal stakeholders
