The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for managing daily communication with customers, ensuring they are informed of any shipment issues and following through to resolution. This role involves full management of customer accounts, including shipment quoting, carrier selection, order entry, accuracy of shipment details, scheduling of order pickups with carriers, managing issue resolution, accounts receivable collection, and continual process improvement as the book of business grows. The coordinator must provide creative solutions to meet customers' shipping and logistics needs utilizing Hub Group's multimodal offerings. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.
