About The Position
At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we promote a challenging, but rewarding opportunity in a caring environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Transportation Coordinator - CNA/EMT for a full-time position during the day. This role involves coordinating all aspects of transporting residents of the facility, ensuring proper maintenance of all facility vehicles, and representing the facility professionally when dealing with medical providers. The Transportation Coordinator will also manage patient appointments, maintain transport logs, and ensure routine vehicle maintenance is performed. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in maintaining good relationships with the community and healthcare facilities, take specimens to medical locations, and make purchases from local suppliers as needed.
