About The Position

We're looking for a driven, competitive, and energetic individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This role is built for someone looking to break into B2B sales, while gaining experience in SaaS, compliance and direct consulting services.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient
  • A clear and confident communicator who can adapt to different audiences
  • Experience using technology-based lead systems: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, etc.
  • Must be highly organized and capable of managing a large, ever-changing sales funnel
  • Able to meet deadlines, work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Demonstrate ability to solve problems, analyze systems and data and suggest appropriate solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA or similar regulations is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Kick off the sales cycle by generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Research and engage decision-makers at target accounts
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Utilize technology to prioritize prospects, streamline outreach, and grow your pipeline
  • Trust proven strategies to manage prospects and gain new business
  • Attend conferences to promote solutions and prospect new leads
  • Consistently track activity and progress toward weekly and monthly goals
