Requirements

• Successfully pass the District Bus Attendant examination
• Valid CPR/First Aid AED Card (Adult and Infant)
• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with pupils, coworkers, parents, and the public under pressure
• Understand the physical and/or mental capabilities of pupils and their needs
• Understand and follow both oral and written communications
• Learn and apply District policies and procedures
• Prepare reports; may be required to physically lift and assist pupils as necessary; apply interpersonal skills which reflect patience, tact, and courtesy; and exercise good judgment and discretion
• Flexibility in route/bus assignments is a must.
• Current Resume for both internal and external applicants.
