Summary of position Responsible for providing non-emergency transportation to residents for them to attend their medical appointments.

Requirements

High School diploma (or equivalent)
Must have valid driver's license
Must have and maintain current CPR certification
Satisfactory driving record with no more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years
No record of Reckless Driving or DUI/DWI in the past seven (7) years
Physical abilities capable of assisting residents into vehicles, pushing wheelchairs, etc.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft products

Nice To Haves

Experience in a fast-paced environment
Post-acute care or health care experience preferred
