The Transportation Assistant Supervisor will work under the direction of the Transportation Shift Supervisor, responsible for providing guidance and support to the building's operational leadership team. This role oversees both CDL and Non-CDL drivers, focusing on driving performance and process adherence. The supervisor will develop and implement systems to improve food safety, increase productivity, enhance on-time performance, improve employee training and retention, and ensure customer satisfaction.
