Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with daily truck operations in a logistics environment
• 2+ years of previous management experience
• 2+ years of experience ensuring DOT compliance and handling Unified Carrier Registration fees
• 24-hour availability for coverage
• You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
• Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role

Nice To Haves

• A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience
• Experience in transportation and logistics management
• Experience with Material Management Systems
• Experience managing inventory accuracy and fulfillment operations

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Transportation team, overseeing daily truck operations
• Review and address driver events recorded by camera systems
• Manage truck maintenance vendors, coordinating scheduled and emergency maintenance, and recommend truck replacements
• Oversee fuel vendors and reconcile fuel invoices
• Supervise and manage the Distribution Center team, overseeing daily receiving and pulling operations
• Monitor inventory accuracy
