Our internships are rooted in individual growth, professional development, business exposure and project ownership. Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of the business. Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns. Program Summary Duration: 11 weeks, Summer 2026 Dates: June 1st – August 14th Site Visits Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Senior leadership Skills Workshops Weekly Coffee Chats + Coffee with the CEO Final projects and presentations Engagement events Job Summary Review prepaid and collect freight allowances to ensure accuracy and alignment with contractual terms Perform validation and reconciliation of transportation allowances, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution Analyze carrier performance data to identify opportunities to convert or optimize carrier utilization Support development and tracking of carrier tracing processes to ensure purchase orders (POs) ship and arrive on time Monitor transportation activity to ensure carrier compliance with service, timing, and contractual expectations Compile, organize, and maintain operational performance reports to measure key transportation metrics Identify performance gaps, delays, or service failures and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and reliability
