About The Position
The Transportation Aide functions as an assistant to the licensed nurse. The role encompasses providing transport of patients, pre- and post-surgery, as well as patient care under the direction of the licensed nurse.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- manage/prioritize/complete work assignments and other duties, as assigned.
- A current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card is required.
- Able to complete the essential physical duties as noted on the job desciption.
