About The Position

At White Oak Estates Apartments, we provide person-centered care to our independent living residents—helping them maintain their independence while staying connected to the community. We are currently seeking a part-time Transportation Aide who is upbeat, friendly, and passionate about serving others.

Requirements

• Friendly, upbeat personality with strong people skills
• Compassionate and service-oriented mindset
• Clean driving record (required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office required)
• Ability to plan, schedule, and multitask effectively

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments, errands, and outings
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed
• Plan and coordinate transportation schedules
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members
• Provide outstanding customer service with every interaction
