About The Position

The Transportation Aide (Per-Diem) is responsible for the safe and timely transport of inpatients, outpatients, lab specimens, morgue patients, and at times hospital equipment within designated areas of the hospital.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Hospital experience is preferred.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Transport inpatients and outpatients safely and timely.
• Handle lab specimens and morgue patients as required.
• Move hospital equipment within designated areas.
