About The Position
Schedule: Part-Time, 24 hours per week (flexible hours may be required) We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Part-Time Transportation Aide / Medical Supply Coordinator to support our home. This dual-role position is responsible for safely transporting residents to medical appointments and coordinating medical supplies to ensure continuity of care. The ideal candidate is organized, resident-focused, and committed to maintaining a high standard of care.
Requirements
- Current CRMA certification
- Current CNA or PSS certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities
- Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapies, and other approved outings
- Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles as needed
- Ensure proper use of safety equipment during transport
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding resident needs and schedules
- Order, receive, store, and distribute medical and clinical supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained
- Communicate supply needs with nursing leadership and vendors
- Ensure supplies are stored in compliance with safety and infection control standards
- Assist with documentation related to supply usage and ordering
