About The Position

An Transportation Administrator collaborates with the Transportation Manager to plan and execute projects for the company. Their responsibilities include identifying clients' or stakeholders' project needs and goals, creating a detailed plan to successfully complete a project, and organizing project documents for future reference.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with project stakeholders regarding project details and deliverables
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of projects
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
  • Analyze data as required
  • Conduct administrative duties such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices, and preparing estimates
  • Track and report project progress
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
  • Support the Project Manager during all phases of construction
