TRICOR, LLC Account Executives (AE) thrive under pressure, are personable, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Their primary responsibilities are providing front-line expertise in assessing client needs in return for designing insurance plans and recommending coverages to clients, alongside the day-to-day customer service. AE's are client-facing focused team members with a solid understanding and years of experience with various business line products, know how to partner with clients to assess needs, and always offer the best solutions for comprehensive coverage. AE's may work side-by-side with an agent and/or have sole ownership of TRICOR house accounts. AE's also thrive in our mentorship program, helping new employees build their knowledge and skill-set. The ideal AE is self-motivated and proactive, intent on providing exceptional day-to-day customer service to maintain and exceed TRICOR, LLC's reputation, and service standards. TRICOR, LLC Account Managers are responsible for all aspects of client account servicing, maintaining, and on-boarding clients with their insurance knowledge and professional communication skills. The Account Manager (AM) is committed to the department procedures and agency automation system to organize client files and work with the Account Executives (AE) and other sales staff to accomplish this. Account Managers will have a continuous learning mindset, proactively developing their understanding of insurance products and services. The ideal AM is an organized self-starter that flourishes in working in a customer service role, working directly with our clients and our sales team.
