About The Position

Build, deploy, and manage teams across a variety of subject matter areas for projects the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) -- initially focusing with on the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). Coordinate with strategic business partners to deploy resources of varying expertise to address business needs across task orders. Develop and invest in relationships with DOT clients, helping match firm capabilities with their business needs. Bring industry experience and expertise to the broader account team, helping drive business development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant consulting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Consulting, project management, business development and contract negotiation all within the federal space.
  • Direct experience serving DOT clientele and an understanding of the DOT operating environment.
  • Experience leading large teams of diverse skills and expertise.
  • A deep understanding of government business development and contracting.

  • Master’s degree from an accredited university.
