Transport Driver
About The Position
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Transport Driver to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY. About us: Canterbury Woods is a continuing care retirement community unlike any you’ve ever seen. Transport driver position details: This is a Full Time (5 days/week, 37.5 hours/week) position. The scheduled hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Driver’s license.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of driving experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive and assist residents to and from appointments.
- Keep vehicle maintenance and mileage log current.
- Adhere to driving appointment schedule.
- Ensure the facility vehicle is properly maintained for residents’ comfort and convenience.
- Follow established safety precautions, including wheelchair safety, when performing tasks and when using equipment and supplies.
