About The Position

Canteen is hiring immediately for a full-time TRANSPORT DRIVER position located at 4801 Hannover Place, Fremont, CA 94538. The schedule is full-time, from Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 pm to close. The position involves using a company-owned vehicle to deliver products or render services over an established route. The role requires a valid driver's license and offers a fixed pay rate of $27.60 per hour, with potential commission eligibility for driving roles. Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
• Service/Quality focused to meet a wide range of needs.
• Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Responds to transport requests with a sense of urgency, meeting time delivery goals.
• Follows department protocols using dispatch system appropriately.
• Provides outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
• Completes necessary logs and reports.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Resolves or reports vehicle, building, security, or safety issues to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
