About The Position

Virtua Health is proud to offer an exceptional opportunity for an established, board-certified transplant surgeon to join our Center for Organ Transplantation Team. We are the only provider of kidney, pancreas, and liver transplant services in South Jersey, with a legacy of over 45 years delivering exceptional care. This position focuses on liver transplantation and requires extensive liver transplant surgery experience, including expertise with normothermic machine perfusion (NMP) devices. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout every stage of the transplant journey.

Requirements

• Board-certified transplant surgeon.
• Extensive experience in liver transplant surgery.
• Expertise with normothermic machine perfusion (NMP) devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform liver transplantation surgeries.
• Utilize normothermic machine perfusion (NMP) devices in procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.
